Kitchen...my other home

since i am having my training life..
many people will ask me what department you are in..
my answer was..
Kitchen..
why?
because i interested in..more than facing customer..
cook food for people who really appreciate foods..
isit happy?
cook for your beloved girlfriend and family..
isnt it lovely?
yes....of course...

my three months training end soon..
and i tried 3 times wedding banquet..
nice?
duno...but i sure i get the experience =)
better then none..

western kitchen?
breakfast buffet?
sure i prepared..=)
some food also can make now..

i not really good in chinese food..
but yet...now i am in pastry kitchen..
