today was DHT5(A) second time in restaurant operation...
i was choose as a waiter..
today i was dissapointed and fail myself..
althought i say to my lecturer i was ntg to comment about when briefing..
i didnt eat my lunch as usual because i got no appetite..
i was not in the good emotional control now also...

when briefing,
my groupmate ask permission to c out comment paper frm lecturer..
but our SIR refuse it...at last he gave us....
the comment paper were terrible....
i will rmb it....RMB it...i will nvr forget wht the comment...

i serve with hand shaking...i dno y...i cnt control...
cause of we using a goblet to put salad....and it is hard to serve for us...
we broke one...

and my finger had been burn cause the plate were hot...

i have nothing to write about...just sad n unhappy now and i will just stop right here...

Tired

recently quite stress...
and i am tired too...

i am tired...
i am tired for extended class for suddenlly without break..
i am tired for being argue with groupmates...
i am tired for those uncoorparation groupmates...
i am tired for not enough sleep...
i am tired for non-stop tutorial paper...can u stop for only 1 single day?
i am tired for mid term and quiz...
i am tired for assignment and presentation...
i am tired for discussion...

luckily have my lovely family and housemates...
thankyou for those entertain and bicycle as well... =)

today was my group first time food preparation...
wake up at 6...bt nt manage to wake up...hehe...at 6.10am at last...
bath with frozen water...then go...

i was in butchier department this them...with one of my friend...
butchier is who cut all fresh meat item such as fish and chicken...
in this practical...we cut fish , chicken, prawn, and squid...
my shirt hv black spot!!!!stupid squid...

was quite tired accually with th timetable...
first day gone back clean th whole dirty house..
very nt careful d i hurt my toe..until nw still pain =(..

and my first assignment came...design a restaurent in kampar..
damn....
sumore....today food preparation practical i was chosen as one of th supervisor of my group...
wtf la...
i just resign frm assistance classrep thn u all want me be supervisor again...
as my lecturer say so...
supervisor need
1 knw the things better thn ur staff.
2 memorize where those things put.
3 look after ur staff.
4 need be on kithcen at 8am.
5 everything happen was scold u n deduct ur mark.
6 check staff grooming
7 write report..

at last she say hv a big responsible on ur shoulder...

until today 30-7-2009
after 4 years studying hard...
she successfully graduated and get her second class honour on bachelor of the course..

when her graduate ceremony i not able to attend...haiz...
only my parent go there...stay at nanyang executive centre wor...
haiz...sure miss something lor me...
