Food Preparation Pratical 1

today was my group first time food preparation...
wake up at 6...bt nt manage to wake up...hehe...at 6.10am at last...
bath with frozen water...then go...

i was in butchier department this them...with one of my friend...
butchier is who cut all fresh meat item such as fish and chicken...
in this practical...we cut fish , chicken, prawn, and squid...
my shirt hv black spot!!!!stupid squid...

during preparation and cooking time....

college reopen 2 weeks ago..
accually this is only the first week for all the class has on...
about my sem one result...
satisfy gua...no fail...

Kitchen Management and Sanitation B-

according to my lecturer...she say that the mark has set higher for us to score since all branch must follow KL main campus order...
so....i think this is the reason of why tarc student result were so bad this badge...

sigh
i am tired...
my timetable was tight..
everyday need wake up at 9am..
and alot of works to do...
n gik sei me d is one of my groupmate...
when tutorial discussion do his own work while i find all those answer....when giving idea of theme restaurant...ask me so many damn stupid question...think with your own brain lar...

2mr need wake up at 6..
ya...is 6am.....

first week.....

first week of sem 2...
was quite tired accually with th timetable...
first day gone back clean th whole dirty house..
very nt careful d i hurt my toe..until nw still pain =(..

and my first assignment came...design a restaurent in kampar..
damn....
sumore....today food preparation practical i was chosen as one of th supervisor of my group...
wtf la...
i just resign frm assistance classrep thn u all want me be supervisor again...
as my lecturer say so...
supervisor need
1 knw the things better thn ur staff.
2 memorize where those things put.
3 look after ur staff.
4 need be on kithcen at 8am.
5 everything happen was scold u n deduct ur mark.
6 check staff grooming
7 write report..
so on...
at last she say hv a big responsible on ur shoulder...
ok lo...try lo..with a smile...

going back ipoh 2mr...
